Im stuck in bronze need a team main supp/top but ok all

Im an average bronze player and recently I have hit my promos again and again only to lose. I look forward to speaking with you and here is a little informatio about my laning:

Top: I play a good Jax, a bit more aggressive early than a normal Jax. My summoner spells are almost always ignite and teleport. Currently i have 30 wins/23 losses ranked with him. I am countered personally hard by Mundo, Renekton, and Gnar. Depending on my match up I almost always secure first blood. I do this by either:1. in a good matchup go full out, secure, retreat, tele back. 2. In a bad matchup play safe in minions, allow them to attack me, use my dodge and ignite and kill. retreat, tele back. This happens almost 70 percent of games I play except for when i am countered by renekton or gnar. As I am a hybrid character I can build any way to shape into game. I give a hard leash and will help other lanes if mine is going well. I almost always get top tower first nomatter how bad i do unless Im against a Nasus.

For my backups top I use Pantheon, Malphite, Xin xhao, Nasus, and Heimerdinger.

For support I main Morgana but also can play Alistar and Nunu.
