Hello! My name is Blacknonono, mid for TeamNovaGaming. As a team we are looking for a coach to help our team. We need to grow as a team, so we thought bringing in a coach would help tremendously! As a player, I feel like our team needs a coach to be looking at our games and telling us what to improve on. We feel that our play is not up to par with what it could be. Solo Q Rank: Bronze 3 IGN: Filthy Filthy Why do you want to join our team: I want to be a coach currently, I am on a team currently, but I am a coach at heart. I am 17 yrs old and have old coaching experience from middle school football games to League matches. Coaching experience: this last year on a TS server I led my team that I coached through an Amateur League Series (ALS) so these are like little LCS leagues that happen throughout the year in the summer my team entered one with me coaching. There were 10 teams and we made it to the top 6 as the #6 team and took 3rd place in the playoffs (Same format as LCS playoffs). So I wrote notes down of their play and confronted each player that needed help. When are you available: I am 17 and a Junior in school. I am available Monday-Friday after 3:30 PM EST (More than likely will be available) 2 reasons why we should have you on our team as coach over the next guy: Well I have coached teams through the (ALS) thing and had some experience by talking to other coaches and learning what and what not to do to help a team succeed. I am also good at reading strategies and making picks/comps. And just telling everyone what they need to improve on.

I realize you guys may think I might just be bronze 3 but I am a better coach than player I can list off some coaches/ old coaches in professional League of Legends play that are lower ranked than the players. It is about the knowledge as a coach and you never know until you give someone some credit and give him/her a try at being a coach. I think I am ready to coach again after I stepped down and took a break for about 3 months. So I am ready to get back it. (I admit I am not the best player, but I AM A GREAT COACH!!!!)

I will review plays and highlight areas the team needs to improve on and confront the players in private calls, or chats to tell them what they need to improve on. I will spectate every game and schedule scrims that the teams can go against. So I really hope you choose me and message me!!!! Thanks for reading this I really do appreciate this! :)

I just want a shot as a coach and want at least to be able to explain myself into a deeper meaning when I get to talk to the leader or something. I do appreciate you guys for taking the time reading this though.
