Let's Talk - Ranked 5s Team/Dynamic Team or rather Recruiters and Joiners

**Recruiters and Joiners **

When you as the Recruiters is looking to make a Team either for Dynamic or 5s, you expect to find the best players possible. Majority of you Recruiters and Joiners are legit (Garbage) equally to why you clearly cannot make it to Diamond+ elo in Solo que ranked or even the Team leaderboard. And I will explain it all here from experience.

Recruiters, they only see the bad in others(Joiners) except themselves, because they're the Recruiters. Meaning they don't have to kick themselves out of the Team. However, that also explain why Joiners are garbage as well. Joiners will quit ASAP if not only their Recruiter(s) is bad but also their Team-mates.

No perfect Team - Everyone loses game

You can never ever find a perfect Team that will play and not lose a game, because everyone loses Game. (even SKT loses game) If you want to become a Team that become good, you work with the same people and build that Team chemistry and improve together and synergy.

Also if you want to be a better Team-mates, you should build up your Ranked as in Solo Que ranked. If you're Bronze, there is absolutely a lot of things you don't understand about the game yet and need to improve before making a Team or joining one.

What kind of Team you should join

Players that should consider Joining or Making a Team should be at least Gold+

When you're at least Gold, that should be said that you at least know your Micro Play which is the most important in Solo Que is just knowing how to win in Laning Phase to win the game. I'm not trying to discriminate Bronze or Silver players, but the players in this elo need to work on their Micro play before joining any Team. Likely any Team you join will be Serious if not "For Fun" or "League and Chill"

Importantly if you're a player who plan to join or recruit players for a Team, it's best to find people near your Ranked rather then 2 tier apart IMO

Professional/Serious Team

When you join a Bronze Team, you should know already that it's not going to be an easy journey climbing the Team Ranked ladder. There will be Diamond+ players and they will completely crush just in laning phase without having to do any Macro play.

There's also a Reason why the Challenger Series and LCS only have Master+ Player recruited into playing Professionally, because they want Players who are already strong in Micro play and then just work on Macro play.

Professional Pro Team don't have time teaching a Bronze-Plat how to play during lane phase, because lane phase is all about Mechanic to wave control play and higher elo players already have alot of this build into their plays. So that's why it's time saving for Pro Team to just recruit Master+ players. (Also explain why they don't even recruit low Diamond player, because even low Diamond players still have a lot of bad mechanical mistake in their Micro plays)
