Hello, OurTeamIsStacked here.

I'd like to extend an invitation to join me and, others on the Fields Of Justice. Our goal will be to get better by training our structure. We will be training to act as a unit and, to hone our competitive edge. We should want to have fun too, of course.

A little about myself,

I've been playing competitively in the Online Video Gamer scene for a while now, I have an extensive background in RTS type games. (I'm really very good at them)

I've also played other MOBA's, such as DOTA, When i actually get into any genre of game i like to develop what experts call a competitive edge. This is derived through hard-work and, practice. I study meta's and, like to theory-craft my own. I'm open to hear opinions and, like to try new meta's. Although, i think what wins X% of the time in X scenario, wins there and, that much for a reason. I'm not closed to the idea of, trying something completely different in our teams meta. I understand, nobody has seen a meta work until some really good players, made it happen first.

I'm easy going and, chillaxed. I usually have good manners but, i'm not afraid to speak my mind and, tell others what i think. If you can't handle criticism hit backspace, now. I'm not looking to play with robot mentality's who want to do nothing but copy paste from players they cant hold a candle to.

That being said hmu,

I seem to enjoy the way you present your thoughts. I have been playing League extensively more recently and have developed my ability to play adc and top most efficiently. However, I haven't been networking very well and solo-queue during weekends isn't the best time to play (seriously).

I respect that your team is open to all ranks and suspect that you are the type who will lead by example. I don't talk much, but when I do I take what I have to say seriously before sitting down and resuming listening. I am not the vocal type, but I will always respond respectfully and with care for the individual.

If I can help, I will.

I respect the concept that you are going for. I'm definitely interested. Catch you in-game!

Good luck!

First allow me to thank you for the positive reply, I appreciate that you took time to read the thread and, share you're thoughts on the matter. So, i will go on here to write a few things to further discuss the topic in more detail with you and, others that take the time to read this in the future.

It is good that you have put thought to efficiency, you sound here like a calculated thinker. Developing ability is a big part of the game. The best way in my opinion to do this is through training, hard work, dedication and, a little help from others.

Being a good listener is a strong quality, from the sounds of it when you have something to say, you are heard because, you have taken the time not only to listen but, have made a series of calculated decisions. When you speak you have something, good to say.

This team is looking for like minded players to hone their skill sets, plain and simple. The reason we are open to any player rank is because of, fresh talent. Even in the highly competitive ''Pro'' scene. Fresh talent is constantly being discovered. These players had their starts in the same place you did. At home, in front of their monitors, with a certain motivation to play, learn and, get better. Training is paramount, it is through training that one discovers their limits and, pushes them further.

Having a good network is also important, just knowing great players to do training against. Can vastly increase you're ability in very short order, this is one of the best techniques to learn more about the game. Repetitive match up's VS players who you know have strong skill sets towards defeating you. This is how we develop what is referred to as ''mechanical skill''. As a secondary effect of this training, it will help you develop what is referred to as a ''competitive edge''. This is derived almost in it's entirety through repetition of, said scenario. Because, you have tried it so many times. You know exactly how things will pan out and, you are ready for it. Inside inner circles this has been named ''Game sense'' and, ''Clutch decision making'' or, ''Reading a player''.

While analytics of game data, analyzing replays and, understanding High level play decision making is vastly important to the meta. This is all moot if you cannot put it into action. Allow me to quote a famous proverb,

"Was Rome really, built in one day?"

Also, I want to main support if we play at a competitive level...

My opinion is that experts agree, that there is a certain mechanic involved which dictates which player of said team should fill each role. Over all ability is a huge part of this decision. My opinion is that you shouldn't have you role choice set in stone until having actually played with the team. Take what you will of that.

Also,

I think while playing at a competitive level is a great goal, we should set more immediate one on the priority list. Such as training and, getting better. Honing our ability and, improving the network.

Coming from the RTS background that i have, having played at some of the highest levels. I have developed certain techniques and, have the wisdom to improve a team's over all skill. All i need to do now is work hard at it and, start training.

All this being said, I'm just sharing some of the facts with you and, well the rest is my Philosophy of the game.

TL;DR

I like what you said, i want to get better. I think that you do to. I know that hard work is necessary. I think that we should combined our efforts into creating the best team we can possibly be.

"I've been playing competitively in the Online Video Gamer scene for a while now" - This sounds like something you would say if you were an out-of-touch FBI agent or investigative reporter on assignment trying to infiltrate the dark, secret world of e-sports. You might as well have opened with 'How do you do, fellow kids?'
