Looking for a team, or willing to start a team!! (New to ranked, not for high elos)

I have just reached lvl 30 and can finally played ranked matches! The only problem is, when i have solo queued, my teams often afk or feed. Not even joking, I have lost all five matches i have played, separate time this week. I probably sound like every new ranked player, or a bronze, but it is true. I try my best, but i play champions such as zed, yasuo, jhin etc. which are squishy and easily killed early game. Even when i tank with champs such as Nasus, I run into the problem of my other lanes feeding to the point i can can't even fight a 1v1.

I don't claim to be the best, I'm just looking for a good team who can carry their own weight around! You don't need to be a high ranked team as I just started and aren't even ranked yet. Maybe a bunch of other players who have just made it to rank as well XD. I usually main top lane or jungler, but I have started to drift towards mid lane, and am a decent adc. While I can support,i prefer not to as I have found it hard to work along side of certain adc's. (Get tired of being blamed when an adc runs into a 3v1 and I'm barely making it back to lane XD ) I do most of my practicing in normals, so when rank comes I use my best champs.
