Starting a Team from scratch Silver- Gold Elo

I have decided to put together a team of players who can fill two roles. One role they main and can play with 100% confidence and will play at the drop of a hat and a secondary role they will be willing to play if they are needed to in a certain situation. They will be preferred to match up with the same lane or role. This means I would be looking for people who can ADC+Support or Top+Mid or Support+Jungle. Things where there is the same feel to the games. There will be more than 5 open slots so that in season 5 the Ranked 5s team can be active as much as possible.
