Looking for a good, consistent Duo partner higher then my Elo. Gold+

I have been trying to solo myself for the longest. It hasn't been working. I was able to get to gold series, but unfortunately I got the bad luck matches. ** I don't want to be carried, I can pick up my own weight.** What I want is to help carry, but I can only do so much with the teams i'm being matched up with. They lack brains. I need someone who knows how to lead and shot call with strategy.

I'm looking for either ADC main or a jungler who can help me set the game balance to be winable.
