Silver 5 Top lane main looking for ranked team.

Just a little information, I'm 21, I've been playing this game since around the time zed came out. I'm looking for a team that will want to be serious about grinding up but not bring all the toxicity into the team. I've played many different roles at one time but top is where I've always felt I can always succeed at. I can get whatever voice comms is necessary but I'd prefer curse, It's simple and efficient. My Champion Pool (in order of what I'm stronger on): I am usually available 1-2 days all day out of the week depending on my work schedule and am usually always available after 7pm EST every day but saturdays.
