Looking for an ADC

Looking for an ADC for our league team. We will be practicing three nights a week & scrimmaging one night a week these events will generally be around 9 pm - 1 am est. I ask that you be over 18+ and be willing to take constructive criticism, also have a play for the team mentality rather than I need to carry every game solely mentality not saying you wont get your chances to prove yourself but this is a team and I expect us to be able to grow as individuals and as a team all at the same time. I can't add rn 'cause I'm loading into a game but I'd love to try out. I play evenings, cst, I'm 22. I've been playing since season 2 and I much prefer to play in a team. I'm communicative and I don't tilt, and I prefer not to give up as I feel even if I lose I have something to learn. g4 rn, plat last season.
