Champion Select Lobby Message Alerts

I was just wondering, since I was just in a soloqueue game which somebody left, forgot to change their summoners. We ended up losing, but whatever , it was just one game 14 points-ish

So I was thinking that Chat rooms in the League of Legends Chat service make noises and alerts , maybe the Champion selection lobby should have an alert noise too? So we can remind our teammates to not forget something crucial.
