Can a Riot music guy tell us what the male choir is singing at 3:03 in "Demacia Rising"?

It's hella pretty to listen to. I can tell it is english, and I can make out a few words, but it isn't terribly coherent and I was wondering what they were saying.

I suppose this would be a question for the Q and A happening, so if someone could also ask this then, when I will be unavailable, I would very much appreciate it.

Ok Rito. Freljord is out of the way, Shurima is coming to an end, Targon should be next on the list.
