Are the Pentakill songs copyright-free?

Hello, I always use soundtracks from LOL and I was wondering if the Pentakill songs, Lightbringer and all the rest of the songs are free for use in youtube videos or not? :) Thanks

My gut would tell me they are copyrighted.
