Rengar skill has a high pitched sound in it

I'm not sure which skill it is, but in one of his skills there's a really REALLY high pitched noise in it that is almost inaudible but just enough that it feels like someone's sticking a pin through my eardrum which, understandably, makes it hard to fight him.

Does anyone else get this?

It's sort of like the horrible noise old TVs make.
