Add Option to turn off Champ Select Music

Every time I'm listening to music... but i have to hear the BOOM DA BOOM BOOM BOOM of the champ select in the background...

Wouldn't be easy to just a little button to turn it off when we want?

There is an option to turn it off though.

While you are in the main menu (you know, the one with huge button "Play") there are cogs just right on the screen that will take you to options. There you can turn off the music, language filter etc.

I so agree. Its always so loud. like, the in game is fine, everything else is fine, just that champ select is so loud...
