I would like a possible way of getting announcer modifications does anyone know of a way to do this?

I have been wanting to put together my own announcer sounds. I really enjoy unreal tournament's announcers and would like to set many of their callouts to replace current league ones. I knew how to with the old style of audio files but since league changed over to new ones I do not know how. Let me know if you know of a way to do this.
