(Sound) Thoughts on Recall on newer skins

Hello interested parties,

I was watching the video on Star Guardian Lux, and I was thinking how the Recall sound overlaps during her musical exit. Have there been any considerations towards removing the recall sound for these special skins? Does the recall sound take away from the skin's immersion? Is it kept for clarity, or does it possibly remain as a result of technicality?
