Muting Emotes
Can we please have the option to mute champion emotes? It is really annoying and distracting if someone spams /laugh the whole game long.

You can. The regular mute option also mutes most emotes (last I checked, I could hear Twitch eat his cheese but nothing else). If this isn't working, that is a bug that needs reported. This was added quite a while back.
You should politely ask emote spammers to quit first. Then if they don't, you can mute them and may report them (annotating the reason of the report in the comment).
This is a big thing. I don't want to have to completely mute someone and be unable to communicate with them, especially if they are on my team, just because they refuse to stop spamming an emote. When my ADC or my support won't stop, why should I have to sacrifice all of the communication we have with them, just for the sake of keeping my sanity?
Please just give me a global (Disable Emotes) option, hell you can even make it to where it disables your own too, I don't care, just PLEASE give me a way to deal with these spammers before I get toxic
This is pathetic. Everyone always has someone to complain about in this stupid community. Why would they put emotes in the game if not to piss people off? No need to get salty because someone laughed at you when you fuck up. It's just trash talk, people need to learn to either trash talk back or stop crying
