How would I go about getting individual sound effects and music from the game?

Is it even legal to do so? I don't want Riot knocking on my door or anything of that sort. I would just like to be able to get the individual raw sound effects from the game for reasons. Example: Using 's global ultimate sound without his voice as a text ringtone or something along those lines.

all sound files should be in your RADS folder

You can record them, but is illegal to use them in commercial production; "underground" producers used to rip alot of sounds from films and video games in the 90s and 00s, because their music wasn't mainstream.
