Shurima and Ascension VO

So it appears that there are some unused VO lines from various shurima champs any idea where those wre supposed to be used? a rioter maybe? Azir:

"Nothing is beyond my reach." -"The bounty of Shurima still flows." -"You cannot topple Shurima."
"Return from the sands."
"Shurima is never lost." Renekton:
"I will gut you all!"
"Oceans of blood!" Xerath:
"Impostor!" -"Ascension never looked so good!" -"What a glorious being of pure energy!" As for the Ascension unique VO lines from the shurima champions, will they remain unused or will be added to champions nomal VO pool?
