Sion and other VA problems

I have noticed an increased amount of dialogue lines from and (recently updated, clearly). just won't shut up. He screams every time he uses his spells. So maybe implement a frequency of speech option in the options? Make some champs talk all the time and others not so much. I like 's voice so much that I will only play with her in-game stuff on and no music. Notes: The changes are unique for each player, so a player that wants to hear "GET UP, FIGHT!" every time is eligible to do so. I picture a slider that has "default" on one end and less frequent going to "near-mute" on the other end.

P.S. Nothing is funnier to me than Sion's ultimate being triggered to run away from an enemy and yelling "COWARDS!" betcha didn't think he'd run from a fight, eh Rito?
