I can't seem to find for the life of me how to export all the new voices and old in 1 spot , Cause I want to start making video and need the joke/taunt of character , But I am unable to see where I go to get the files....
Cause League doesn't use Fmod's Anymore, so there no Fev Files where all that stuff is store , Anyone know where be to get the voices and ect?
And to offer a bit of an alternate suggestion to trying to cut them out of youtube videos, I think the league wiki tends to have audio files of all champion lines individually on their "background" tab. Just right click and save the play button, looks like they're .ogg files
edit: Although, amusingly, every single one of Bard's lines is just labeled as "bard chimes". I guess there's not really any way to distinguish them by text description.

While I can't provide information on how to extract sounds from actual League files, most champions if not all have all of their VO lines uploaded to youtube. It'll take time to find the voice line you're looking for but at least they'll all be there.
So if you search "Tristana voice lines" in google you'll get all of Tristana's lines from the old version and the newly updated version. Even all of Urgot's lines have been uploaded so that is a good indication to me that everyone's exist out there somewhere :P
From there you can download the youtube clip as a high quality mp3 and go from there.
