Title says it all. I would like to add some BGM to my League client that starts with the game (rather than like alt tabbing to play it from media player or something) but I'm not sure where the files are that I'd need to swap out. Thanks!
Those files are encrypted, so you have to download 3rd-party software to even access them: let alone tamper with them or alter the file format of anything you're attempting to override them with.
You'll also have to alter the files after every single patch, as patching erases content that's not supposed to be there. Which is a complete and total pain in the dick.
The 3rd party software working and file locations can change with a single patch as well.
And tampering with encrypted stuff is basically illegal, if not frowned upon heavily. The whole point of encrypting files is usually to prevent tampering.
Ultimately whatever time you'd need to spend tampering with software and file formats to get what you're asking to work is going to far outweigh whatever time you'd ever hope to save from alt-tabbing, so I'd strongly recommend just sticking to alt-tabbing to play music.
Or using something like an I-Pod or radio.
