I know this is going to be downvoted forever, but Limited Edition skin owners are still waiting for that survey Hippalus promised 2 years ago.

And we're still waiting for proper compensation -- a tiered icon and an in-game emote when using those skins would be more than enough.

Id like to know the answer to this as well cause if not they can be on sale. I love both. Would buy Sona only if full price. They are not in the limited avail section though so might be perm like Vayne and Ashe. Edit. All the Valentines ones are still in store. So I hope for the sale in 6 months.
