During Lunar Revel, purchase a Revel Red Envelope for 250 RP and unlock a Skin Shard and one random Lunar Revel Relic.
Combine Relics to craft Epic Skin Shards (1350 RP skins), random skin permanents, Gemstones, or Hextech Chests and Keys.

I wish it could be an unpaid event... Last year's Lunar Revel shop was awesome, but since the only way to participate this time around is paying (and no discounts for a selection of skins), this isn't such a great event.
What happened to interaction events that brought people together to play games and got you icons in return. I miss those days because I used to go HARD during those events, it was a lot of fun.[zombie-brand-mindblown]

Great job with this event Riot, love how much you are showing how you care about the League players with a PAID and RANDOMIZED event so that we cant even get one of the new skins with a discount unless we pay for the ENTIRE BUNDLE.
I would have liked the Lunar Reveal Shop over more hextech items. :/

No Christmas discount shop, no New Year discount shop, nothing now -- just a lot of cash grabs. You know what you're reminding me of now, Riot? All those greedy Korean MMOs with all sorts of gambling boxes. Though I guess that's what happens when you sell out to some greedy company like Tencent. I'd call Ma something too, but then his mods would remove the post since he doesn't want to admit the truth. ^^
