I wonder how she feels about her cosplay of a really rare skin is about to get completely shit all over with Neo PAX Sivir. She'll have to change her whole cosplay; or, you know, put some yellow lines on there and just call it something new. Sounds about right, ey Rito? [slayer-jinx-wink]

Gotta love the effects of the pax skin really makes it worth the 10 gemstones, some people will be like "well its the rariety that its valued for" i am not going to pay close to $300 for 10 gemstones basically to get a skin that doesnt do anything. I'm sorry just an opinion

The point of the gemstone skins isn't so that you spend $300 trying to get them; they're meant to be an occasional reward for players who use the crafting system a lot. You just accumulate your gemstones over time and use them as you see fit; they weren't designed to be all gained at once :P
