OK, I get it everyone. I've got a few things to say:

I'm sorry.
I could/should have worded that better.
I'm not trying to be toxic.
Or rude.
I actually have had a little bit of life-long trouble telling joke and seriousness apart on the Internet. Comes with not knowing who posted the thing, ya know?
To be honest, I do really badly want a rework. He can be really fun, even knowing that he severely lacks counterplay.

I thought Yorick was taken out of the sale rotation? Also why is Elise still 6300 ip/975 RP when she is the oldest 6300 ip champion by far? (She was skipped, every time a new champion is released, the oldest 6300 ip champion is moved down a tier to 4800 ip to 440 rp but not her)

She's not the oldest 6300 IP champ. In fact, NOT by far. Look at the Permanent Price Reduction Schedule on Riot's support website to figure out when she'll be reduced, which actually isn't until Champion #138. She still has 13 others who are older than her, 12 if you don't count Nautilus (who will be reduced with the release of Ekko).
