I've owned every champ in every rotation for over a year :D and also have less than 18000 IP to go in runes......

btw Riot, figure out something else to do with IP, I'm sure there are tons of people with gazillions of IP they can't spend cause they have nothing else to buy

i like the idea but the prices would need to be ridicusly high other wise riot would not gain money maybe a ratio of 5rp per 1500 ip for skins

By your idea's math it would cost 292,500 IP to convert to 975 RP. That's 1,950 first win's of the day, that translates to 5 years and four months give or take a few days.
