Riot Direct talks rebuilding the Internet

Back in 2014, the Riot Direct team launched itself on a journey to create a better League of Legends experience through network improvements. tl;dr: We decided to build our own internet.

Riot Wizardofthelake has already talked in-depth about how Riot is approaching the problem of an internet that wasn’t built with video games in mind, but the Direct team also cooked up a short video that covers the broad strokes in case you’re short on time.

give us a fucking one minute pause timer from the time someone DCs so they can potentially come back in before then miss any game time. would prevent wasted time on 4v5 games, reduce rage and salt. please

Use to have 25ping, now have 100-350ping since server move. Rito just makes things worse the more they try.
