Insomniac Killer3 votesI'm not home right now to check, but IIRC, if you go to the shop in the client (after you're logged in), there should be a tab for order history. In there you should see the ability to refund. I believe everyone gets two refunds for their lifetime, so use them wisely.

I didn't notice they did the monthly listing until it was pointed out to me. I spend a lot of money on skins, I've actually purchased the arc light vel skin for a couple of my friends. Not a big loss from my wallet, just figured it would be worth asking. Thanks for the "help" though!
