There is a theory that LB is J4. It is a rather old theory so it is before your time probably but thats fine. Basically there was some things that hinted at it. For example there is a huge picture with Noxus fighting Demacia. In this picture J4 is facing off against Swain. Swain has this part in his clothes that shows a reflection of J4's face. Instead of showing his face there instead is the face of a woman that appears to be LB.

honestly I've never got what the teemo hate was about. I've neve lost lane to him, his mushrooms are a joke unless some idiot fed him. He is is outscaled by many of the tops he supposedly counters you just need to not feed and not tilt in other words be less bronze. some of the best players revert to a totally bronze play stile when they come up against teemo. I've beaten him with old shen, old garen, shyvana, malphite, and if you see the teemo and can counter he has several hard counters first on the list is chogath. seriously teemo just has poison and blind so ppl tilt when they should just buy b-veil then beat him to a pulp, take his turret, kill his friends, and let him be the salty one because you know he's one of those ppl.

not really inconsistent. hecarim is an ent, lb a woodland type fairy. seems like they are basing it around mythological forest creatures. so still pretty on point
