For me there is nothing wrong with off meta picks because i main 
jungle, but wh.at gets me annoyed sometimes is off meta builds, you take so much time to farm the gold for your items to actually be useful the game is over unless its extreme late game, like champs meant for AD but used for AP (Do that in a normal and not my ranked game). But that's just my opinion.

Top lane. Granted, I never take these into ranked, but they're fun to do in blind pick
(And yes I know how many people just groaned at that last pick, but I've only lost one game out of five with it, and have gone positive for all of them. The key is to build a mix of attack speed and ability power. DON'T YOU JUDGE ME!!!)
