At 10:50 of the video, Jatt said something about how it's not a design goal when the gameplay team "Olaf's" a champion, that they don't go "We're going to put that champion into the dumpster until the rework team fixes him."

What about Yorick? He's been considered a "toxic" champion, he's off free week rotation and he's not at a place where he can truly succeed and won't be until his rework happens (which may not be for the next year and a half).

So, how can Jatt say something like that when there's such a counter example exists?
