We recently celebrated Ocean Week 2017 in Oceania and have released the Koi Nami Icon and last year’s Ocean Week Nautilus Icon, which all regions can reel in for 250 RP each from 2/27/2017 at 11:00 PT until 3/17/2017 at 23:59 PT.

I just want to point out that the proceeds from buying these icons are not even going towards anything except filling Riot's pockets, because you know they are so strapped for cash they couldn't even afford to put the icons for IP.
If your going to sell Icon's make them IP. For 250 RP I could buy a fuckin Chroma. why would I pay more for a little picture that does absolutely nothing.
And if you are going to use the ocean week as an excuse to sell them for RP at least put the proceeds towards actually helping the fuckin cause.
