"Oh man, I'm sooo getting picked for all-stars!" He said to himself, smiling from ear to ear.
"What do you think you're doing?" Asked a voice beside him.
Hecarim turned around and saw Twisted Fate (292 RP) leaning against the wall, looking cool.
"You're going to be the first one getting banned at all-stars. Don't get so excited."
Hecarim felt a wave of rage flowing through his body. Could this guy be telling the truth or was he just mocking him?
Hecarim charged at him, while Twisted Fate cycled through his cards, trying to find a gold one.
"Shining.... GOLD!" Yelled TF while tossing a card at the charging pony. However, he had slightly miscalculated and tossed a blue card instead.
Hecarim felt the blue card salute smacking him on the face, slightly painful but nothing to worry about. He crashed into his enemy, crushing him against the wall.
He took a couple of steps back and saw a lifeless pulp of what once used to be his opponent.
"Anyone else wants to ban me?!" Yelled Hecarim.
"ME!" replied a voice.
"Me too!" yelled another one.
Frozen Terror Nocturne (487 RP) and Obsidian Malphite (487 RP) ulted him at the same time. Both monsters, one made of ice and one made of fire, collided into him with insane power and speed.
"Dammit..." winced Hecarim, "you guys are... Just jealous..."
Malphite and Nocturne now towered over him, laughing at their fallen enemy.
"Malphite... Your head... Looks like your nose..." japed Hecarim, as he waited for his death.
Suddenly, out of nowhere his teammate Enchanted Galio (260 RP) flashed and ulted right into them.
Malphite and Nocture were forced to attack him, as he charged his energy more and more.
"Damn you Galio! (440 RP)" Yelled Nocturne, just as a blast of energy finished him and Malphite off.
After both enemies died, the gargoyle looked at his dying comrade.
"Galio..." Whispered Hecarim, "I... won't... make it..."
"It's ok," said his teammate, holding Hecarim's head in his arms, "you're gonna get banned anyway".

Rammus (got played in the LCS Promotion series though),

So, if you want to see the pros finally play one of those rare champions (!!!!) then vote for them! You should totally vote for Poppy though (or Rumble, if you want to be a troll)

is op either way but not in the meta for some reason. first of all AOE taunt. he can shield him self to heal while he is attacked and gains protection. with that protection buff he gains some ap for even more damage when his ult pops. WHY DO PEOPLE NOT PLAY HIM ANYMORE!!!!

You are talking about the skin and not the champ itself, correct? I bought Galio with IP, and the skin with RP.
Pocalem8 votesIf a champ or skin that you buy with RP, goes on sale within 2 weeks of your purchase, you can get the difference refunded to you if you send Support a ticket. (so half the RP back). As long as its not an announced in advance sale (like the May sale listing or Legacy sale lists when they pop up).

is one of the best anti-mages in the game, providing large damage and resistance against almost any AP mid-laner, combined with massive utility and a several second AoE taunt that does massive damage if used correctly.
Where the hell have you been? is a beast, the issue is that nobody is good with him. Calling him bad is just ignorant.
tl;dr: A good can win games for his team single-handedly.
