I really don't know why Leona is able to pin you down for 5 seconds while dealing a good amount of damage for all the CC she can dish out, same to this guy Nautilus but alas, in a game where champs with primary role is to be a tank can dish out that amount of damage....welcome to League of tanks that can 1v1 an assassin..

You have absolutely no clue what you're talking about. There wasn't a meta when the game was created or for a long time after. All builds were embraced. It wasn't until season 3 that Riot even dreamed of creating champions with a build intent, and even then several non-intended builds were also entirely viable and not nerfed unless 1) they were objectively stronger than the intended build and 2) the intended build was still viable.
