Just wanted to find a way to tell the rioters I am a big fan of the new honor system. What is the best way to do so? I now stop at the end of every game and take a moment to think about who did well. This small shift may make a big difference in the culture of the game.

Can I game the system and boost to level 5 by constantly playing with a premade and honoring each other every game?

That’s a great idea. Luckily, we’ve broken a few systems in our day, too. So we specifically built Honor so potential exploits like this give you (and your friend) literally no benefit.

I play way more often with a small group of friends than with random people. Are we going to be penalized for not playing more frequently with other people?

Just honor people the who deserve it (not just your friends) and I'm sure things will work out.

Does Honor only apply to SR? Can't find any reference to applicable game modes!

If it does, does the key drop rate from wins only remain for other game modes?

Too many chests, not enough keys!

As much as i enjoy the new honor system... I am very upset my old honor is just GONE. I had over 800 Teamwork. Been playing since season one.. and been a team player since they started the honor system... not fair imho

Try having 5.8+K honor and a yellow ribbon that's just been stripped from you by Riot for doing NOTHING wrong. I'm sure the higher honor gamers made Riot a whole bunch of money by giving other gamers hope that not all of us are assholes, but Riot fooled us real good with that honor system. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I learned my lesson. I won't give a shit about honor ever again. And I won't be giving any hope to the new gamers ever again either. Riot fooled me once, but not twice. They got a whole bunch of money from my being honorable, and I got nothing from them. Well, now I'm wiser. I won't say another kind word to anyone in game ever again. Their new "honor" system isn't even based on honor. It's based on gameplay. In other words, it's just another ranked system and NOT an honor system. You should take the time to read the FAQs sheet on the new so-called "honor" system.

Hey why dont we see the progress we are making towards next honor stage and why dont we see honor in our match history

We didn't want to anchor people on the "grind" to honor levels. By not having progress indicators, we wanted to root the reinforcement for being sportsmanlike on the feedback you get from other players (the honors), not any artificial motivation from being "close to the next level".

How often do keys dropped? I've played like 10+ games in two days and gotten an honor in almost every single game and still no key. With the old system I would've gotten a key every few games...

Honor being initially designed as the positive reinforcement counterpart to the negative one of reports, what does the new system mean for the frequency of when I should give honor out? Is it still something I should only give for the best of the best, or is it a mostly hollow statement of you were average so you deserve a little something?

Put simply where should I draw the new line for awarding honor if it's moving away from being the opposite of the report system?

I didn't find this question answered in the FAQ, but is your Honor level (where it shows on your profile page) only visible to you, or can your friends see it too once you've hit level 3+?
