I'd like to complain. I only got a total of 52 tokens from the quests; I've done them all, and yes, I've spent 44 of those on a revel orb, but I never got the other 44 tokens?
I did buy a the puppy Warwick ward skin, which gave me three orbs, one golden token, and 12 tokens. I spent the gold token already on Sona's Chroma, and the ward was successfully obtained.
So atm I have 20 total silver tokens, but that's... Not enough for another orb? I was expecting to get two orbs for free with 88 of the 96 free tokens...
Again, yes, I've completed all the quests, and even if I have yet to get the "bonus" quests that give me 6 tokens for completing, that's nowhere near the 36 that I never got... I haven't gotten any quests since the second/third day of the event (which is when I completed the missions). I have the Year of The Dog emote.
Despite other users here, I understand the money grab, and honestly, don't mind it. Hey, a company's gotta make money right? I'm also happy that these missions exist. I play enough that I get them all done anyways xD I'm totally okay with the system, but it's simply not cool to carve out the rewards.
Quests I have received, in order of completion, are as follows:
Arrival of the Demigods, Maiden of the Revel (1 of 2), Ferocious Training, Disciplined Training, The Darkness Approaches, Maiden of the Revel (2 of 2), The First Attack, The Darkness Grows, The Darkness Approaches 2, The Darkness Approaches 3, The Demigods Unite, The Second Attack, The Demigods Return, Banish the Darkness, The Final Attack, The Disciplined Demigod (1 of 2), The Ferocious Demigod (1 of 2), The Disciplined Demigod (2 of 2), The Ferocious Demigod (2 of 2), Restore Peace
These quests add up to 88 tokens.
(10+4+2+2+2+4+4+2+2+6+6+8+6+6+6+6+8+8+Emote) = 88 + Emote
I have spent 44 of these tokens, and currently have 20. Subtract the known 12 I bought, and that's 8 tokens left over. Orb 1 (44 tokens) + Orb 2 (44 tokens) = 88, which in turn, equals 0 left over, but add the 12 I purchased, that's 12 left.
-> In that aspect, no, I have not purchased a second orb and forgotten, as buying two orbs would leave me with, again, 12 silver tokens. Let me remind you, I have 20.
So, at the very least, I haven't received 36 tokens. Not to mention the original promise of 96 free tokens, which makes it a total of 44.
