The question remains, will they make all human league characters project? I find Project: Viktor, Garen, and Darius to be promising Project skins.

Wouldn't really expect Viktor to be a PROJECT character. According to PROJECT Ashe's interactions, Viktor technically is a PROJECT. Ashe's interactions with him are "You're part of the problem", "You represent everything I despise", and "Who would willingly do that to himself?"

"You're part of the problem" could be referring to the idea of Viktor's "glorious evolution", which he wants all humans to "relinquish the flesh" and become machines. In the PROJECT skin line, everyone was experimented on and turned into cybernetic warriors, thus fulfilling the Glorious Evolution.

"You represent everything I despise" could coincide with the first reason. This quote expresses the resentment Ashe has for the idea of the Glorious Evolution.

"Who would willingly do that to himself?" is, of course, Ashe wondering why someone would augment themselves. Since PROJECT was an involuntary human experiment, Ashe sees it as something horrifying.

Another reason I don't think Viktor will become a PROJECT is because he's part of another large skin line, Battlecast. As for Darius and Garen, it is a possibility, but if you look at the PROJECT's now, they're mostly made up of people who are agile. However, anythings a possibility, but as for Viktor , PROJECT might be highly unlikely.

Not quite, you see Creator Viktor isn't a Battlecast skin but rather the Viktor who builds the Battlecast line. With a Project: Viktor he would have technically been the first to make himself at the Project status who would then make or influence the creation of the Mechas and the Projects (maybe even Program, while this is a stretch) to recreate the League of Legends. It would also make sense if they did it next year in and make his body colors change color based on the hextech core he has (ie purple, yellow, blue, red).

Case and point, I think Riot is building up to something with the Project and Mecha series.

I would love a PROJECT Vi and Jinx. Vi could fight for justice and Jinx could fight for chaos. I'd honestly also like a PROJECT Nocturne

Nocturne would be good, kinda hard to design, but if they could pull it off I can see it being a solid skin. Although Nocturn isn't a human, which the emphasis of the project skins is humanity but hey, you never know!

PROJECT: PORO is a top secret program being conducted on the old dominion map (why else would they remove it??), in which the Poros are being battle trained and equipped with a dope suit of future armor and getting ready to flood the Summoners rift in a new game mode called PROJECT: SWARM in which the poros come at you in waves spawned by the enemy. The object is to kill the enemy poros and use the unique resource (PROJECT CORES???) and craft your own poros with different abilities, from tankier ones to super-mobile ones. First team to use their poros to destroy the enemy nexus wins.

Alternatively you could all play AS a PROJECT: PORO, and have everyone start as a bland vanilla poro and use your gold to create a custom loadout and suit of armor to help you achieve your goals, so you could play as a tank, assassin, highly mobile poro, or even as an all out CC poro. This way you could have a more customizable gameplay experience and likewise enjoy the game more. NOT TO MENTION BECOME THE PORO YOUVE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE!!!!

Only items are Poro snacks and the zzrot POROtal (to help you to get more fuzz balls of power) and for Summoner Spells you can take Teleporo and Poro Toss. Also the map is covered in snow and the rivers frozen. + Baron becomes the King Poro
