So why did the whistling guy kill the kid (allegedly)? He "tried to lift" what? The whistling man's gun? Well if some kid tries to mug someone and take their gun it usually stands within reason that the person being mugged should shoot said mugger.
This comic lacks a sensical plot. Decently drawn, though, 3/10.
