2017 Preseason Spotlight

When does the preseason end? I was under the impression it would last til season 7 started, but (without warning) it's gone!

i have been thinking,domination,soul harvest;how should jungler et stacks if he get 2 stacks every half minute/every minute,why doesn't soul harvest work on all monsters,i mean,every laner will get much better stuff,and resolve,how should ad and tank champs play jungle if they get stacks only when they gank,from 5th minute,than every 2-4 minutes,its litle too slow,can u pls make every ability of new "runes" can affect every monster,but much reducted,of course,can u?
