I felt the same way when poppy got a rework. I loved old poppy to death, and she was borked and stupid. But having blacksmith poppy, people were like "Woah, how/where/when did you get that?" It felt kinda cool. Now it's like "Bet you got that and the rest of the bundle OMEGALUL"

That's how I felt I got that out a chest and explorer out the special shop thing. I had finally completed my collection just for the m to drop that bundle lol. Its all good tho only problem I have is people are going to be picking him away from me or banning him in ranked because "I don't need noob ez on my team"

But how well was AP Ez performing? I know ADC ez wasn't doing the greatest, and especially his W was very weak. I typically didn't even get it till lvl 4 and also pretty much ignored it. Now it supports the spell slinger idea where you need to weave it in every time it's off CD. And with people complaining that it's not AOE, well he's now doubling down on single target DPS. His Q already did that so why not make his kit work together?

Ezreal wasn't being kept down by his w at all, in fact he is still an amazing champ with one of the best mid game power spikes in the entire game. People just didn't like his w because it wasn't satisfying, that's literally all it was.

nobody plays AP ezreal so when it "nerfed" people start crying? also if you are playing this new ap ezreal, you aren't forced to max w. you would be 100% better off maxing q into e, since e now auto targets anything with the w proc.

I accidentally deleted my post, but it's still there as a reply earlier in the thread though.

For context, I play AP Ezreal in all modes except normal SR, most often in ARAM.

W is currently his highest AP ratio ability and easiest to hit, so naturally it would be maxed first. Even on the new Ezreal if you're building AP, it makes sense to max his high AP ratio ability first, the same reasoning applies to why you would max Q first for AD since it has the highest AD ratio.

I don't understand your reasoning for Q into E for an AP Ezreal. If anything, you would still max W>E>Q as usual because W and E have about double the AP ratio of Q and by your logic of using E to proc W, E with a shorter cooldown would can proc W more often. Q AP ratio will also be nerfed with the new Ezreal so that's another point against maxing it first.

If you aren't familiar with the AP Ezreal playstyle it's difficult to appreciate how it is clearly best to max W>E>Q as an AP Ezreal (and why the new AP Ezreal will be weaker). Q is mainly used to reset your W and E which are the better abilities to take advantage of your AP.

It hurts to see people put so many hours to AP ezreal and still play it poorly :/ Maxing Q has always been the best for any build. Ezreal is a scaling champ, even more so if AP. You don't have enough AP to make W good to max anyway. Maxing Q is more damage, more resets on E (your escape, not your noob trap damage) and ult. procs lich bane if you build that which is all your damage until like 3 or 4 AP items.

Just such a noob trap when people read the ratios and thing by literally only that one piece of information that they know the best and only way to play it. Especially in aram where it doesn't even matter what you do, and even there maxxing Q is better.

I think it'll be Wednesday. Patches don't necessarily come out on Tuesdays, usually on Wednesday and the occasional Thursday.

I think this might be one of those occasional Thursdays since today is Columbus Day in the US (Thursday patches usually occur when a government holiday occurs on a Monday), but I am not fully sure.

I slightly dislike how overexaggerated his walking animation is, but other than that I like the VGU a lot. His Qs don't look like choppy white elongated diamonds anymore.

I think the legacy skins should not be available, I spent 2 years trying to get all of his skins through boxes and events, and now you can just buy them. I think this is outrageous and shouldn't happen

This shall only be available via bundle. They will still inherit the title of being a legacy skin, only now you can buy them as a First Week Edition.

Guess I was wrong here, let me rephrase. Skins will be sold separately or in a bundle for the first week or 2 weeks. After this, they skins will revert back to being Legacy and the bundle will dissappear.

Legacy skins always come back. Be it directly in the store, bundles, or other events, ect.

They aren't limited skins so, they always have the opportunity to return. in one form or another.

W changed to a mark instead of an AoE. Marked champions, towers, and Epic monsters will be hit by any E in range and take bonus damage. Thats it besides a new VO

That's incorrect. The W procs after any damage coming from Ezreal, not just his E.

Didnt mean to imply W only applied to E, my apologies. "Marked champions (etc)... take bonus damage." and "Be targeted by E" were two separate bits of information. Pardon my wording. (Did you really need to downvote me for that?)[zombie-nunu-bummed]
