Ask Riot: Events, Modes, and More

I thought it'd be nice to see these questions answered again since the priorities and resources might've changed, but frustratedly disappointed to see so much copy & paste of previously iterated questions. The only new one is that the returning modes will have differently interacting missions; still the same hogwash on why customs are crippled and the forced arbitrary loggin changes.
