Pretty underwhelming.
I would prefer if it were possible to gain more Nocturne skins. Sure he isn't a popular champion in the world of League of Legends but he could at least get some new ones. I may not be the best Nocturne player in the world but it would be cool if they gave him one. Maybe it could be based about "Dark Star"? Or something that truly captures the fear element he's supposedly made to give. After all he is called "The Eternal Nightmare".
