According to Rito Dorito, Urgot is now a top laner. As for the people saying he'll be a jungler, ignore them. He may have a little CC, but he's nowhere near mobile enough, and according to Riot, while he'll be beefy, he won't be a tank.

So to answer your question, he will be a fighter/juggernaut. Not that I'll miss the old Urgot.

Once again, thank you for saving Urgot from Yorick and Galio's fate. I'm still sad to see these changes go through, partially due to what I think is a somewhat mild form of PTSD, and partially because he IS losing a few things in his kit. Still, you guys did a great job. Thank you.

It seems that his passive is based off of his position and the direction he is attacking in, will his movement speed be locked at a certain limit like Jihn with his auto attacks? [slayer-jinx-wink]

If not, he'll be an extremely fast moving "tank", firing shotguns rounds in to you from all sides, so probably not, they didn't make any remarks referring to something like jhin's as lock.

now with his W, is it possible to use the slow reduction on swift boots to reduce the slow he gives himself? also, are there any planned skins after the rework other than the remade skins, as crabgot is still the best skin in the game, now for bassassery instead of ugliness

self inflicted slows, like TK's TahmKench Devouer can't be reduced by swifties. and we still haven't gotten any new skins for yorick, so i don't think we'll be getting a new skin for urgot any time soon.

This is false. Self inflicted slows are reduced by Boots of Swiftness. The only reason Tahm Kench looks like he is not affected is because he slows himself by 95%: this hits the slow cap and means reducing it only gives very marginal gains due to still being at the slow cap.

His new kit doesn't have any AP ratios nor do his abilities seem spammy/low CD. His new W does have a 30% bonus HP scaling on the shield though so buying item 3071 item 3022 will be good on him.

I want to really applaud whoever made the Champ changes to Urgot. This one really, to me, was by far the best Champ update I've seen.

Ever since Kayn was going to be released, I could not wait to try him.

Then I saw that post for Urgot 's rework. I really haven't been focused on Kayn since and I'm ready for the release! I think Arcade Urgot would be a pretty cool design too, maybe even a Dark Star Urgot. There is a lot of potential for those skins.
