Guys it's only 25 dollars. KRW is Korean money.

KãtãrinãAug 20, 201431 votes

55000KRW = about $54 ($53.93) 5000KRW = about $50 ($49.02) 4000KRW = about $40 ($39.22) 2500KRW = about $25 (24.51)

This is the approximate amount per ticket in US dollars (exact amount beside them)

The Troll KingAug 20, 20146 votes

The price isn't the issue. For non-Korean travelers it will be expensive getting to LCS. What we need is for someone to go to Korea, then we can use summoner 12 . OP. Nerf plox.

55000KRW? Got anything more expensive like a VIP one I can buy? Serious question. If I'm going there, it's balls out or go home.

SilarsAug 20, 20146 votes

That's 54$ US

https://www.google.ca/search?q=55000+krw+to+usd&oq=55000KRW+to+usd

MiyaruAug 20, 201415 votes

Thank you but I already know it's $54-55 depending on the rate. (Worked for a Korean company and had to read budgets in KRW.) :P

I was just surprised there aren't tickets in the $100+ range like you see at other events.

felEsperAug 20, 20144 votes

Yea i think they should have it $100 up. I read somewhere that riot actually loses money doing these things so if they are the increase money should help

youngmoneiAug 20, 201410 votes

now now good people lets not forget the plane ticket, hotel fees, subway or tax/cab(transportation fees) food and drinks and souvenirs. while your at it tour of korea

MiyaruAug 20, 20142 votes

Well, not make all the $54 tickets into $100 ones but maybe offer some of 'em as higher end tickets with better seating or something. Wouldn't hurt right? Either way, this event will be amazing.

ZoragAug 21, 20142 votes

You guys are forgetting the teemo hats your bound to buy (and in the case of that dude in season 2) a fiddle suit.

ElyikaAug 20, 20149 votes

HEY RIOT!!! i have a question, its concerning sugar rush week(i know, unrelated to championships), if i bought a lol points card at like gamestop or walmart, and redeemed it during the sugar rush, do i get the bonus points? or just the original points with no bonuses? i want workshop shaco skin for cheap :o) Shaco (o:

KBingoAug 20, 20147 votes

If you redeem the card during Sugar Rush, you'll get the extra bonus RP. :-)

whomprAug 20, 20143 votes

maybe read the sugar rush article l

TakanuvaAug 20, 20141 votes

i did :o(, i was just wondering about something specific, its a dumb question...but ive been wrong before

TakanuvaAug 20, 20143 votes

btw, it does mention something about cards, quoted "*Extra bonus RP does not apply to mobile payment methods, and because of the advance notice, there will be no refunds for RP purchases made prior to the announcement or the promotion. Extra bonus RP applies to prepaid cards (the $25 card is worth 3750 RP) redeemed during the period. Here are the details on the 47 retired Legacy skins:"

JewishLifeAug 20, 20146 votes

Will there be an option for the live commentary to be in English for the Finals?

Murky SevenAug 20, 20145 votes

Will there be some kind of virtual ticket i have to buy if i want to see it online and get whatever little bonuses i know riot will hand out?

Lunar LightningAug 20, 20144 votes

So dumb that its not being held in the U.S. Im refusing to watch them as are 5 of my real life friends because of this

UnboundChaosAug 20, 201458 votes

That is a dumb reason to not watch the world championships for a game you play. They were held in the U.S. last year so why not move it around? This is an international event you know.
