What the actual fuck is this champion. I know her design is cool and she has a little bit of "skill required" mechanics but hooooooooly shit. In game, she is definitly one of the most broken champs i have ever seen. Her spells cost about 0 fkg mana and she probably have never heard of something called COOLDOWN before.
