Popstar Ahri chroma early sale ends 7-31, Popstar Ahri skin sale begins 8-1. That is sad timing... you cant buy the chroma until you own the skin, so you are paying full price for one of them if you want them both and dont have the skin yet
At least they aren't bad skins.
