His q would throw a Dr. Mundo doll and wear a helicopter-hat, w would be jaw breakers flying around him, e would turn the doll into a lego sword, and ult would make him have a sugar rush (because hes faster) meaning he would have cotton candy flying off of him, with pink and blue instead of green healing effects. For the splash art Mundo could be standing next to a Nautilus cut out while selling tibbers to annie.
