I'm beginning to feel that, even after the huge update that made her awesome, Poppy is falling into the class that Yorick, Urgot, Galio, Mordakaiser, etc. are in.

Awesome abilities but ruined stats that makes them not really popular.

Now put a legacy Poppy skin on sale.
