The March Early Sale is officially here! To kick things off, the following non-Legacy skins from the past 4-6 months are going on sale from March 24, 2017 00:00 PT through March 27, 2017 23:59 PT!

As an additional heads up, the Dunkmaster Darius chromas that were in last month’s announcement article will have their Early RP Sale as part of the larger Chroma IP Sale happening this March.

They won't give her a skin till they know people will buy it (aka people are playing her). They need to fix her kit in order for her pick rate to go up. Her skill floor is too high giving her a strong barrier of entry.

I mean you do have a point. I've been spamming tali games and only until I got to around level 4 or 5 did I actually preform well. She does however have a kit that's kind of like yasuo's:Simple abilities that can be used together in complicated ways. She does NOT need a damage buff,I know that for sure xD.

She needs quality of life changes (like an actual indicator for her E), then they could adjust damage to balance. They need to make her easier not stronger.

Taliyah is fine people xD, she just has a lot of counters and early game difficulty so if you get snowballed its over unless you know how to recover. consider looking up builds for her and maybe a few guides if you're having trouble. PS. consider damage support.

She isn't forgotten, Riot simply has too much to deal with atm so when a new champ comes out you shouldn't expect a new skin for a few months after their release.
